Join us at the George IV Bar, Edinburgh for evenings dedicated to the depth, character, and craft of Scottish spirits.

This guided tasting will feature a curated selection of Scottish spirits, chosen to showcase a range of styles and flavours. Each spirit can be paired with food on the night, with cigar pairings also available for those who wish to indulge further.

The evenings will be hosted by a member of our in-house team, or one of our amazing suppliers, offering insight into each spirits, its origins, and how best to enjoy it, whether you’re a seasoned drink lover or just beginning your journey.

Designed to be relaxed, informative, and flavour-forward, this is an ideal way to explore our pub in good company and comfortable surroundings.
